- Sore Throat: Adding 2 drops of tea tree oil to 1 cup of warm water with a pinch of sea salt to gargle with, repeat 2-3 times a day. Do not swallow!
- Laryngitis: Add 5 – 10 drops of tea tree oil and a pinch of sea salt. Try adding to 1 cup of warm water, then gargle 2-3 times a day. Do not swallow!
- Staph Infection: The best is to use tea tree oil topically. Try rubbing into the soles of your feet to increase the immunity and fight infection.
- Tonsillitis: Inhale from steam water with tea tree oil, gargle, then massage into neck are and soles of your feet.
Ear Remedies
- Earache and Infection: Add 2 – 3 drops of tea tree oil to 2 tbsp warm virgin olive oil. Drop a small amount into the aching ear, tilting head to one side for a minute or 2. Use a cotton swab to absorb excess oil. Repeating 2 – 3 times daily.
